At GenextPet, we are committed to delivering high-quality pet supplements to your doorstep as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle order processing, shipping, and delivery.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch Time

  • Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
  • Any orders placed after 3 PM IST will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Charges

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping (Pan India)

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹999.
  • For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping charge of ₹50 applies.
  • Estimated delivery time: 4-7 business days (depending on location).

Express Shipping (Select Locations)

  • ₹150 flat charge for express delivery.
  • Estimated delivery time: 1-3 business days (available in metro cities).
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable in case of returns or order cancellations after dispatch.

3. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery times vary based on location:
  • Metro Cities: 2-4 business days
  • Non-Metro Cities & Towns: 4-7 business days
  • Remote Locations: 7-10 business days
Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, natural disasters, or courier issues.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS.
  • You can track your order in real-time through our Order Tracking Page or via the courier partner’s website.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship only within India and do not offer international shipping.
  • Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).
  • Delivery to certain remote areas may take longer than standard timelines.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

In the unlikely event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, we will assist you in resolving the issue. For Damaged Orders:
  • If your product arrives damaged or tampered with, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images of the damaged item.
  • After verification, we will either issue a replacement or process a refund, based on the situation.
For Lost Orders:
  • If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of shipping, please contact us.
  • We will coordinate with the courier partner to track and resolve the issue.
